Rogist Primož Zemljak se je začel učiti igranja na rog na Senovem pri Janezu Ceglarju in v Krškem pri Dragu Gradišku. Šolanje je nadaljeval na Srednji glasbeni in baletni šoli v Ljubljani pri Metodu Tomacu, nato na Akademiji za glasbo v Ljubljani pri prof. Boštjanu Lipovšku in prof. Jožetu Faloutu, v razredu katerega je z odliko diplomiral.
Izpopoljnjeval se je pri številnih tujih profesorjih kot so: Erich Penzel, Wolfgang Gaag, Ab Koster in Johannes Hinterholzer.
Je prvi rogist orkestra SNG Opera in balet Ljubljana, kot gostujoči solo hornist pa je med drugimi sodeloval z orkestri kot so: Sinfonia Varsovia, Academia Ars Musicae, Orkester Jeunesses Musicales Suisse, s Komornim orkestrom solistov Društva slovenskih skladateljev (KOS DSS), s katerim se je predstavil tudi kot solist.
Od leta 2004 poučuje rog na Konservatoriju za glasbo in balet v Ljubljani. Je član trobilnega kvinteta Emona Brass.
Horn player Primož Zemljak began to learn horn in Senovo in the class of Janez Ceglar and in Krško in the class of Drago Gradišek. He continued his schooling at Middle music and ballet school Ljubljana in the class of Metod Tomac and later at the Music academy Ljubljana in the class of Boštjan Lipovšek and Jože Falout where he graduated with honours.
He improved his knowledge with many foreign professor such as Erich Penzel, Wolfgang Gaag, Ab Koster in Johannes Hinterholzer.
He plays the first horn part in the SNG Opera and Ballet Ljubljana orchestra. As a first horn player he also plays in different orchestras: Sinfonia Varsovia, Academia Ars Musicae, Jeunesses Musicales Suisse Orchestra, Chamber Orchestra of soloist, Slovene Composer Society, with which he played as a soloist.
Since 2004 he teaches the horn At Konservatorij for music and ballet Ljubljana. He is a member of Emona brass quintet.
