Gašper Primožič je študij harmonike (umetniška in pedagoška smer) na Koroškem deželnem konservatoriju v Celovcu z odliko zaključil pri prof. mag. Romanu Pechmannu. Leta 2013 je zaključil podiplomski študij na Univerzi za glasbo in upodabljajočo umetnost v Gradcu na umetniškem oddelku pri priznanem prof. Janne-tu Rättyä-ju.
Vsako leto se udeležuje seminarjev priznanih harmonikarjev (Vjačeslav Semjonov, Claudio Jacomucci, Aydar Gainullin, Mika Vayrynen, Corrado Rojac, Primož Parovel, Mie Miki, Joseph Maccerollo, Matti Rantanen …), udeležil pa se je tudi več tekmovanj (3. nagrada na mednarodnem tekmovanju v Pulju 1999, srebrni plaketi na državnih tekmovanjih leta 2002 in 2008, 1. mesto na mednarodnem tekmovanju v Gradcu 2006, 2. mesto leta 2008 ter 1. nagrada leta 2009 na mednarodnem tekmovanju v Moravskih Toplicah). Glasbeni nastopi so ga vodili v številne kraje (Grenoble, Celovec, Gradec, Dunaj, Nitra (Slovaška), Trst, Senigalia, Mantova, Treviso, Belluno, Sagrado, Pulj, Klingenthal, Beograd, Sarajevo, Basel … ). Redno sodeluje z večjimi priznanimi komornimi zasedbami. Nastopal je s profesionalnim Koroškim simfoničnim orkestrom (KSÖ), Simfoničnim orkestrom RTV Slovenija, Big Bandom RTV Slovenija, Celjskim godalnim orkestrom, SFK orkestrom …
Snemal ter sodeloval je tudi z avstrijsko radio-televizijo ÖRF, slovensko RTV, radio ARS ter Radio Srbija … V zadnjem času se predvsem posveča vodenju ter prirejanju skladb za Harmonikarski orkester GŠ Radovljica in KUD Radovljica, gledališkim predstavam z Laro Jankovič, Romano Krajnčan ter sodelovanje z zasedbo Etnomad.
Gašper Primožič was studying accordion (artistic and pedagogical major) in Carinthia, graduated with honors from the regional conservatory in Klagenfurt with prof. M.Sc. Roman Pechmann. In 2013, he completed his postgraduate studies at the University of Music and Visual Arts in Graz at the art department under the renowned prof. Janne Rättyä.
Every year he attends seminars of renowned accordionists (Vjačeslav Semjonov, Claudio Jacomucci, Aydar Gainullin, Mika Vayrynen, Corrado Rojac, Primož Parovel, Mie Miki, Joseph Maccerollo, Matti Rantanen …), and he also took part in several competitions (3rd prize at the international competition in Pula 1999, silver plaques at national competitions in 2002 and 2008, 1st place at the international competition in Graz 2006, 2nd place in 2008 and 1st prize in 2009 at the international competition in Moravske Toplice). Musical performances took him to many places (Grenoble, Cologne, Graz, Vienna, Nitra (Slovakia), Trieste, Senigalia, Mantova, Treviso, Belluno, Sagrada, Pula, Klingenthal, Belgrade, Sarajevo, Basel …). He regularly collaborates with major renowned chamber ensembles. He performed with the professional Carinthian Symphony Orchestra (KSÖ), RTV Slovenia Symphony Orchestra, RTV Slovenia Big Band, Celje String Orchestra, SFK Orchestra…
He also recorded and collaborated with Austrian radio and television ÖRF, Slovenian RTV, Radio ARS and Radio Srbija … Recently, he mainly devotes himself to conducting and arranging compositions for the Harmonica Orchestra GŠ Radovljica and KUD Radovljica, theater performances with Lara Jankovič, Romana Krajnčan , and collaboration with the Ethnomad band.
